For over 8 years, I've been a certified fitness instructor, leading classes online and in person. As a busy mom, I know the struggle of finding time for workouts in the midst of life's demands. That's why, in 2020, I founded Daily Fuel Fitness with a focus on accessibility and efficiency.
Here at Daily Fuel, it's about more than just fitness; it's about empowering women to prioritize their well-being while making a difference in the lives of others. You can expect guided videos, led by a Certified Instructor and range from 7—45 Minutes.
We move to the beat of the music, like in a boutique fitness studio (ex. barre class). Classes are equipment free, or incorporate a set of dumbbells. You can browse the full Workout Library here.
Every instructor supports both beginners and challengers by offering different levels of difficulty, and optional challenges for every exercise.

To cancel, visit your Account > Manage Account > Active Packages. There is no minimum commitment when joining, and you can easily cancel at anytime.

Many workouts are completely equipment free. Here is the equipment we do use on occasion: 2 Sets of Dumbbells (3-4 lb. +8-12 lb.). Yoga Mat, Chair, Towel or Stretch Strap
